His career spans some of the world’s most prestigious international hotels and resorts, where he has consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences through tailored beverage services. Mayank has managed extensive wine programs, overseeing over 800 labels from 23 countries, and was instrumental in curating the World’s Best Wine List in 2017, earning global recognition from Wine Spectator.

A proven leader, Mayank has developed and implemented cutting-edge bar processes, led high-performing teams, and trained staff on wine knowledge and service excellence. His experience includes working at iconic luxury properties such as Niyama Private Island and St. Regis Vommuli in the Maldives, as well as Hyatt Ziva and Zilara in Jamaica, where he crafted innovative cocktails, curated premium wine menus, and managed budgets with precision.

Mayank’s academic foundation includes a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, alongside professional certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and expertise in sake. With his deep passion for wine and a commitment to elevating dining experiences, Mayank continues to push boundaries with expert pairings, immersive tastings, and inventive beverage offerings.
